About Grounding on Gorgeous G10+TIJ Printers

In order to use a printer safely and keep the printing quality good, a printer must to be grounded during usage.

Otherwise, there may be problems as below, especially in autumn and winter:

① You may find the touch screen on the controller is not sensitive or not accurate.

② There may be error reports that there is no cartridge installed on the print head. If it’ s check that it has no matter with RFID chips, it may be because the printer is not grounded.

③ When static electricity is high, the printing status may be stopped; or the printer prints content sometimes and print nothing sometimes; or the printer prints incomplete content sometimes and then prints complete content normally.

④ The system restarts with no reason.

We have equipped our G10+ printer with a grounding line, you can ground the printer on the controller case or the print head.
