About nozzles splicing in the G10+ Series Online Inkjet Printers
To achieve greater print height, the nozzles must be spliced. The splicing method for the G10+ involves just three simple steps:
I. The three-step adjustment method is as follows:
Step 1: Set all nozzles parameters to 0, disable all switch options, and print directly to observe the output.
Set the reference nozzle to the one that printed information last (only Nozzle 1 or 4, delay = 0).
Step 2: Test each of the four switch combinations in sequence to determine the correct setting.
Combination 1: Enable only horizontal switch;
Combination 2: Enable only vertical switch;
Combination 3: Enable all switch directions (horizontal and vertical);
Combination 4: Disable all switch directions.
Step 3: Then adjust the other three nozzles in sequence (The three nozzles other than the reference nozzle).
Use 27 as the standard splicing delay and fine-tune as needed for proper alignment.

Why use 27 as the standard splicing delay?
Due to physical limitations, there is a physical spacing of 27.1mm between the nozzles.

When set all nozzle parameters to 0, disable all switch options, and print directly to observe the output.
At this moment nozzle 1 is the reference nozzle. (Step 1)

After the nozzles splicing is completed. (Specific values will be adjusted based on actual circumstances.)
