(1)The other parameters shown below are used as examples in this article. Please configure them according to your weighing machine type and requirements.

(2)Notably, the stop bit indicates the end of each data byte. In this example, the stop bit setting affects the decimal places of the displayed weight: when set to 1, the weight is displayed as 0.0; when set to 2, it is displayed as 0.00.

parameters

Number of cashes: The number of data records that can be buffered ranges from 1 to 999.

Parity Bit: Used to detect errors or data corruption during transmission.

Stop Bit: Indicates the number of stop bits after each data byte. The common values are 1 or 2, helping the receiver determine the end of each byte.

Print When No Data: When no data is received, you can choose to print blank content or the last received data.

Baud Rate: The speed of data transmission. Higher values mean faster transmission but increase the risk of data loss. The commonly used default value is 9600.

Buffer Full: Determines whether the device continues receiving data from the PC when the buffer is full.

Data Bit: Indicates the number of bits contained in each data byte. Common values are 5, 6, 7, or 8 bits, with 8 bits being the most widely used.

Clear Buffer: Deletes the buffered data.

5. Return to the “Settings” page and tap “Fault Detection”.
