How to deal with a blue screen when starting up a G10+ online printer?

If the G10+ online printer appears with a blue screen and no signal after pressing the power button.

Pls wait for a minute, if you touch the screen with some “di di di” sounds, pls open the controller and replace this red board.

If you touch the screen without sounds, open the controller. And find this white plastic cable, unplug and re-plug the cable connected to the red board.

Final, test the printer starting up.
