How to do when TIJ ink cartridge nozzles blocked?

TIJ ink cartridge nozzles blocked always caused by not using ink cartridge for a long time and don’t make the cartridge clip well.

When nozzle blocked and completely no ink come out. Pls do the following steps:

1.Put 2 drops of 100% anhydrous ethanol or butanone on each row of nozzles (butanone is very corrosive, please use with caution). Do not drop too much at a time, otherwise it will damage the cartridge.

2.Wipe the nozzle with non-woven cloth or tissue immediately after dropping otherwise it will damage the cartridge too.

3.After wiping nozzle, press the nozzle onto a thick towel and wipe vigorously several times.

4.Test on printer to check print quality. If print quality is not good, pls repeat 1-4 steps several times.

After above steps, use the cartridge suction to vacuum cartridge, the print quality will be better.
