How to export database from Gorgeous G10+ TIJ printer?

Sometimes we need to export database for checking when there is showing red code on Gorgeous G10+ TIJ printer.

How to export?

1. Download the export file to USB disk. Export file is different in version, make sure it’ s the right file for your printer.

2.Insert USB disk and chose the export file to upgrade.

3.After upgrade, database will be auto download to USB disk. Pls send the database to us.
