How to export log from G10+/G11 on line TIJ printer?

Log is very helpful for trouble shooting. It records many operations occurred on the printers. Engineer is easy to know what have happened on printers. When need to export a log,please follow the next steps. Note only Gorgeous engineer can open and read the log.

How to export?

1: Insert the USB disk into the machine.

Note: The USB disk must be provided by us or which support Android system.

2: Click ‘settings’ < Export log.

When the screen appears ‘Successfully export’, means log has been exported to USB disk.

3: Send the log to us.

You can rename the log, but can’t open it. Only our engineer can open and read it.
