How to fill TIJ ink cartridge by manual

If you are filling only a small number of cartridges, filling by manual is a simple and effective way. This article will show you how to do. HP 45 cartridge, IUT 300,308,309, Uniplus all can be filled at this way, no matter fresh or used ink cartridge. But used cartridge need to cleaned before filling.

What you need  when filling by manual?

1. Empty cartridges : as need
2. Syringe (for vacuum air) :1 pcs
3. Syringe ( for filling ink):1 pcs
4. Vacuum clip/Suction clip : 1 pcs ( one inch and half inch are different in size)
5. Screw driver :1 pcs
6. Ink as need
7. A towel:1 pcs ( for cleaning nozzle)
8. Steel ball: as need

Step 1: Inhale ink by syringe and fill into ink cartridge.

Step 2: Seal the filling hole with the steel ball by screw driver.

Step 3:Vacuum air from cartridge by vacuum clip and syringe. Keep cartridge facing up when vacuum. When there is 3-4 ml ink inside syringe, vacuum is ok.
