How to manually vacuum a TIJ Ink Cartridge?

I. Why do TIJ ink cartridges need vacuuming?

In some cases, air may enter a TIJ ink cartridge due to long periods of inactivity, transportation vibration, or printing issues such as missing lines. Vacuuming helps remove the trapped air and allows the ink to flow back to the nozzle, restoring stable and clear printing results.

II. Steps to manually vacuum a TIJ ink cartridge

1. Take off the clip.

2. Put the TIJ ink cartridge on the desk with the nozzle upside.

3. Install it with a suction ink clip.

4. Use an injector to extract air.

In this step, Keep the TIJ ink cartridge and the suction tool at a 90° angle, and ensure the entire assembly remains upright relative to the tabletop.

5. Stop when there is 3-5ml ink in the injector.

6. Take off the suction clip and wipe the nozzle.
