Possible Causes and Solutions for Unresponsive Screeen of G10+ TIJ on Line Printer

While using the G10+ series online inkjet printers, you might occasionally notice that the screen doesn’t respond to touch.

Below are several common causes and their solutions:

Cause 1:    Static electricity interference.

Solution 1:  Support the casing with one hand while operating with the other to eliminate static interference.

Precautions:  Ground the machine to reduce static electricity.

Cause 2:   The touchscreen ribbon cable has become loose.

Solution2:  Reinsert the touchscreen ribbon cable.

Cause 3:   The intermediate board is faulty.

Solution 3:  Insert the mouse, take a photograph of the fault detection page, and attempt to print it to provide feedback to us.
