FAQ
| Q: Is G10+ locked or unlocked？ A: It’s locked by RFID tag by default. Unlocked is available but higher price. |
| Q: Can locked printer change into unlock? Or unlocked change into Locked? A: No, it can’t. Once deliver can’t change. |
| Q: Does the RFID tag for another agent can work on my G10+? A: No, it can’t. Because we locked printer based on each customer’s ID, If the customers’ ID of RFID tag didn’t match the printer’s, it won’t work. Every customer who buy directly from us has their own customer’s ID. |
| Q: Can I update single head to multi head by adding heads by myself? A: No, you can’t. Because their software is different. Software of single head only support one head, even you add more head, it won’t work. |
| Q: Why the print head cable is connected to controller in advance and can’t be removed？ A: Removable print head is easy loose if haven’t been locked well. Which may cause PCB to be burnt out. |
| Q: Does G10+ support PNP and NPN sensor? A: Yes, support both. |
| Q: Can G10 connect to PLC, weighting machine,PC or other device? A: Yes, you can connect with them by serial or network port. |
