Repeat Printing Parameter Instructions of G10 and G11 TIJ Printers
Learn the repeat printing parameter instructions for G10 and G11 TIJ printers to improve production efficiency and ensure consistent printing quality. This guide covers the key parameter settings and operation methods for accurate and reliable repeat printing.

A= Length of message

B= Sensor delay

C=Message spacing (orange arrow)
D=Distance between message starts (green arrow) =Repeat printing spacing

E= Horizontal offset value of the printhead. For dua-printhead, it adopts the horizontal offset value of printhead2. For triple-head, it adopts that of printhead3. For four-printhead, it adopts that of printhead 4.
Speed mode “Encoder” and “Velocity”of G10: Neither “Encoder”nor “Velocity”mode supports repeat printing.
Speed mode”Encoder+”of G10: The value D must meet the formula:(A+E)*1.1<D
Speed mode”Encoder”of G11: The value D must meet the formula:(A+E)*1.1<D

Assume A = 100 mm, B = 50 mm, D = 200 mm.
Step 1: After the sensor detects the product, printing of the first message A (100 mm) starts after the 50 mm sensor delay B. The distance D starts counting the moment printing of the first message A begins.
Step 2: The second message A will start printing once the counted distance D reaches 200 mm.

Assume A=100MM,B=50MM,D=50MM
Step 1: After the sensor detects the product, printing of the first message A (100 mm) starts after the 50 mm sensor delay B. The distance D starts counting the moment printing of the first message A begins.
Step 2: The second message A should start printing once the counted distance D reaches 50 mm. However, since the first message A has not finished printing yet, the second message A will be skipped.

Assume A1=A2=A3=A4=100mm,E= horizontal offset of printhead 4= 81.3mm,therefore, the overall length of A1 to A4 is 181.3mm=A, B=50mm,D=200mm
Step 1: After the sensor detects the product, printing of the first message A1-A4 (181.3 mm) starts after the 50 mm sensor delay B. The distance D starts counting the moment printing of A1 begins.
Step 2: The second message A1-A4 will start printing once the counted distance D reaches 200 mm.
