How to distinguish ‘printing speed no fast enough’ and ‘printing frequency not fast enough’?

When the printing speed is not fast enough: the actual printed image will be elongated. For example: A 10*10 QR code will become 10*20 when printed.

When the printing frequency is not fast enough: missing printing at fixed intervals, printing position deviation.

How to solve the problem of printing speed not fast enough?

1. Make lower grey level or replace a lower resolution encoder or reduce the printing density, this way will reduce the ink consumption.

2. Use double-row high speed mode, this way won’t reduce the ink consumption.

How to solve the problem of printing frequency not fast enough?

1. Reduce production line speed or increase the spacing of each products.

2. Turn off the ‘real-time save’ function in settings.

3. Shorten the length of the pattern on the canvas.

4. Remove unnecessary variable date, or replace them with fixed data.
